Delivery information

Local same day deliveries to recipients in the UK is normally possible on all orders if received by us no later than 5.00pm (GMT). National same day deliveries is possible for orders placed by 2.00pm (GMT).

Orders received after this time would generally be delivered on the next available day. Please note that we do offer an 'am' or 'pm' delivery service but this is only a preferred request and cannot be guaranteed. If the address provided is a work address, please give an indication to the times the recipient will be available at that address or if a private address, when we are likely to find the recipient at home. Please add this information to the special instructions box.

If we encounter problems with delivering your order we shall contact you as soon as practicable either by phone (if in UK) or by email. Please ensure that you give us full contact details when placing your order.

Deliveries to some remote areas may take longer to deliver and be subject to an additional delivery charge. A Customer Service representative will contact you directly to advise you of any charges.
